What Is A “VeroVoice”?

A “VeroVoice” is an invoice received at the beginning of each circuit to confirm, add, subtract, or modify your partnership services with Kat’s Cottage.

This includes;

  • Bundles
  • Add-Ons
  • And/or Cottage Agent changes or modifications before the circuit begins

If/when everything is accurate and acceptable to our client's tailored needs, then our clients will be able to renew their VeroVoice before the Circuit begins

What Does “VeroVoice Renewal Date” Mean?

Our “VeroVoice Renewal Dates” are dates given to our clients based on the start date of their circuit, and is when it is time to renew your services with Kat’s Cottage.

One payment covers 30 days of coverage to make things a little bit easier for our clients' convenience

What’s a “Circuit”?

A “Circuit” is our term for a “billing cycle”, a 30-day time frame from our client's start date to their renewal date of their services being active

We try to have everything completed and updated before our clients next circuit begins

Is This A Membership?

We aim for this experience to be a “partnership” between two people that is renewed once a month, rather than a subscription or membership service that is just another bill in your archives. We strive to help others, not our wallets

How Frequently Do We Pay?

The price shown is a once-a-month value set to be paid every 30 days from your start date with Kat’s Cottage

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept:
Zelle, Cash App, and Chime
Local clients may use Cash or a Paper Check (with a small fee)

Is There A Grace Period For VeroVoice Payments?

Absolutely! We understand that our client's lives can get extra busy during certain months, so we allow a one-day grace period before pausing [or suspending] your VeroVoice Agreement until it can be renewed

Are Your Monthly Prices Negotiable?

Unfortunately, not at this time.
Unless a Cottage Agent deems a client to be in an extreme financial hardship, [at which we may discuss pausing or suspending Cottage Services until the situation is resolved], the prices will remain the same until further notice.

Can I Choose My Own Renewal Date?

Unfortunately, not at this time, but Kat’s Cottage is working hard to make this option available for our clients

Why Are Your Plans So Expensive?

For the convenience of our clients, we require a fixed monthly rate, set to be paid every 30 days from the original start date.
By doing one, stable, monthly chunk versus several small, inconsistent payments, it gives our clients a less stressful mindset about our services when creating their own financial plan each month

When I Pay, Who Am I Paying?

Other than the required fees necessary to continue servicing our clients (the platforms/softwares used to help our clients), The majority of the client's renewal funds go directly to the active Cottage Agent servicing the client’s VeroVoice.
Donations to Cottage Services are always welcome, but not required

Is There A Friends And Family Discount?

Unfortunately, not at this time. All fixed prices will remain the same until further notice

“Can I Request Holiday/Birthday Shipments With My “Inventory Management Service”?”

No. To respect our clients' and agents' religious backgrounds, we avoid doing, saying, or putting them in any situation that will conflict with their beliefs or make them uncomfortable.
No matter what, this rule will not change.

What Does The “15% (or $895)” For The Adventurer's Package Mean?

Our Adventurers Package is charged differently to best accommodate their traveling needs, therefore requiring a different payment method and pricing compared to the other bundles. More information will be disclosed/discussed upon hire.

Can I Hire The CEO Agent Rather Than A Cottage Agent?

Of Course! We believe our clients should be able to decide who they trust with their information. So if you feel more comfortable with the CEO Agent of Cottage Services, then she will be more than willing to be at your service

Can I Opt Out Of Services I Don’t Need Within A Bundle?

Of Course! The point of Kat’s Cottage is to make our clients' lives a little bit easier, so if you feel you don't require coverage on certain services that we offer within our bundles, contact your agent about removing services or downgrading your plan to better fit your specific needs

If, however, more than 50% of a bundle’s services are opted out, you will be requested to downgrade your plan or build a specific bundle to better serve your specific needs

Can I Add “Add-Ons” Mid-Month?

Absolutely! Any add-ons added to your VeroVoice Agreement will be activated on your account within the next business day

A portion of the add-on’s monthly price will be added to your VeroVoice Renewal date to cover the weeks serviced by that Add-On on top of the regular monthly price

Is There A “Referral Bonus” If I Refer A Friend To Kat’s Cottage?

Absolutely! Both the existing client and the referred client will receive a discount on their next VeroVoice Renewal Agreement, as an appreciation for spreading the word about our tiny business
